Senior Business Transformation Architect Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Business Transformation Architect for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Location of Work: Onsite – Carling Campus, 60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

Mandatory requirements:

• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has over ten (10) years of experience, under the tasks of a Business Transformation Architect at a Senior Level 3 listed in the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Business Transformation Architect.
• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years supporting enterprise level digital/ IM transformation initiative(s) with the Government of Canada. Experience must include the following:

• • Development of transformation roadmaps;
  • Integration of business and digital strategies;
  • Alignment to executive governance structures; and
  • Implementation planning support.

Enterprise level digital/IM transformation initiative is defined as impacting all areas of the organization.

*The resource must have worked on each proposed project reference a minimum of (6) months.

• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has experience on a minimum of five (5) project providing strategic advice within a Government of Canada governance environment. Experience must include engagement with:

• • Senior executive governance bodies (DG level or above);
  • Treasury Board Secretariat or other central agencies; and
  • Departmental Level 1(L1) organizations or equivalent.

*The resource must have worked on each proposed project reference a minimum of (6) months.

• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems integration, which include the integration of infrastructure, information, and applications across multiple domains and security classifications.
• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a SECRET (Level 2) security clearance with the Government of Canada
• The Bidder MUST provide proof that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years managing enterprise level digital/ IM transformation initiative(s) with the Government of Canada. Experience must include the following:

• • Managing information
  • Leading large-scale and complex IM/IT transformation programs
