Service Desk Analyst Full Time

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual – French + English

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: On-Site, Bank of Canada, Ottawa, ON

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a University degree or a college diploma in information technology
  • The bidder must have a minimum of one (1) year of recent work experience in an information technology service desk, operational environment
  • The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft 0365
  • The bidder must have excellent customer service skills
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience interacting with individuals at various levels in an organization
