I. Commitments on Anti-Racism, Inclusiveness, Diversity, and Accessibility 

At MDOS Consulting, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace environment where diversity, inclusiveness, and accessibility are integral to our culture and operations. Our commitments include: 

  • Anti-Racism: We are committed to actively combating racism in all forms within our workplace and in our interactions with clients and partners. This includes implementing anti-racist policies, providing education on racial issues, and taking immediate action against any discriminatory behavior.

III. Internal Staffing and Recruitment Strategies to Increase Representation 

To increase the representation of underrepresented groups within our workforce, MDOS Consulting will implement the following strategies: 

  • Ensure that all job descriptions and recruitment materials are free from biased language and encourage applications from diverse candidates. 
  • Train recruiters in cultural competency to ensure they can effectively engage with and assess candidates from diverse backgrounds. 
  • Offer flexible work arrangements, such as flexible hours, to accommodate the diverse needs of our workforce. 

 

IV. Diversity Training 

MDOS Consulting requires all employees to complete diversity training programs to enhance their understanding and competency in diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness. These programs include: 

  • Educate employees about the existence of unconscious biases and provide strategies to mitigate their impact on decision-making and interactions. 
  • Equip employees with the knowledge and skills to effectively work with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
  • Provide ongoing training and resources to keep employees informed about new developments and best practices. 

 

V. Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Equality Policy and Guidelines 

MDOS Consulting is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for transgender and gender nonconforming employees. Our policy includes: 

  • Ensure that all employees, regardless of gender identity or expression, are treated with dignity and respect in all aspects of employment. 
  • Respect and use employees’ self-identified names and pronouns. 
  • Prohibit discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on gender identity or expression.
