Intermediate Business Process Re-engineering Consultant Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Business Process Re-engineering Consultant for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Location of Work: Hybrid – Hotel de Ville Building, 105 Rue de l’Hotel de Ville, Gatineau, Quebec

Mandatory requirements:

• The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions1, that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this solicitation, providing services equivalent to all nine (9) responsibilities of a Business Process Re-engineering Consultant as described in the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (https://www.tpsgcpwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/sptb-tbps/entreprise-businesseng.html#b5).
• The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions1, that the proposed resource has a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months of experience, within the last ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this solicitation, with significant contribution2 to the execution of a Business Transformation3 project.
• The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions1, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of combined experience, within the last ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this solicitation, performing at least two (2) of the following:
  • Develop or assist with business and functional requirements, project scope for SAP products or applications;
  • Translate functional and business requirements into technical requirements for SAP products or applications;
  • Develop or manage technical aspects of application software, user interfaces, and third-party components SAP products or applications;
  • Conduct, assist with, or manage unit and system tests SAP products or applications;
  • Establish technical standards for the technical framework SAP products or applications;
  • Establish business processes for SAP products or applications; or
  • Develop training content for SAP products or applications.
• The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions1, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this solicitation, supporting engineering and maintenance activities for equipment or systems using enterprise resource planning tools.
• The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions1, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this solicitation, in development and management of maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, task lists and associated bills of materials for equipment or systems using enterprise resource planning tools.
