Senior Technology Architect Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Technology Architect for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Reliability

• Location of Work: On-site at DND facilities within NCR

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing performing system architecture development and implementation for M&S-based systems, including development of network, compute and data storage components.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing developing, installing and troubleshooting gateway solutions to connect remote systems to a common network architecture.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing in the integration and configuration of Commercial and/or Government Off-the-Shelf (COTS/GOTS) modelling and simulation tool sets such as one of the following or an equivalent tool set:
    • XCITE
    • AWSIM
    • NGTS
    • JSAF
    • MaK One World Suite
    • VBS
    • Presagis Simulation Suite
    • MetaVR
    • Plexsys ASCOT
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing in requirements analysis for Modelling and Simulation (M&S)based solutions.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing in the integration and configuration of command and control (C2) software components such as Battle Control System – Fixed (BCS-F) and NATO Integrated Command and Control (ICC) or an equivalent C2 system in a simulation system.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing in the integration and configuration of COTS/GOTS communications tools, including voice and data protocols and components.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years from date of bid closing in the integration of distributed simulation components via standard protocols (DIS, HLA).
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has provided technical support to a minimum of four (4) Distributed Synthetic Operations events in the last three (3) years from date of bid closing.
