Senior Project Manager Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret & Controlled Goods Certificate
• Location of Work: Onsite – National Printing Bureau (NPB), 45 Boulevard Sacré-Coeur, Gatineau, Québec

Mandatory requirements:

• The proposed resource must have a valid certification as a professional in project management from one (1) of the following organizations with the applicable certification:
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) – Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) – PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Association for Project Management (APM) – Professional in Project Management (PPM)
• The proposed resource must have a Change Management certificate.
• The proposed resource must have participated in the development of a Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) under a Defence Materiel Sustainment Initiative, including the implementation of a performance framework.

* To demonstrate experience equivalent to SBCA, the Bidder must demonstrate that the cited experience addressed all four (4) principles of sustainment that are central to the SBCA framework:

• • performance,
  • value for money,
  • flexibility, and;
  • socio-economic benefits.

• The proposed resource must have at least thirty-six (36) months combined experience in the last sixty (60) months in extracting materiel management and maintenance data from a SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, using the Materiel Management (MM) module and/or the Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with the following three (3) specific transactions:
  • Equipment Lists (IH08);
  • Notifications (IW29); and
  • Work Orders (IW39).
• The proposed resource must have at least thirty-six (36) months experience in the last sixty (60) months in extracting data from an SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using its dedicated Business Intelligence (BI) suite.
• The proposed resource must have at least twenty-four (24) months experience in the last sixty (60) months in performing data visualization using Microsoft Power BI.
• This Contract includes access to Controlled Goods. Prior to access, the contractor must be registered in the Controlled Goods Program of CSP, PWGSC .
