Senior Business Analyst Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French).
• Security Clearance: Secret.
• Location of Work: Remote.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of information security and IT
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated recent experience as a Business Analyst in supporting a project team in a complex environment
  • Must have demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements in complex IT or cyber security projects
  • Must have strong demonstrated recent experience producing clear, structured analysis artifacts, such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and traceability matrices
  • Must have the ability to translate business needs into actionable solution requirements, balancing operational, cyber, and risk considerations
  • Must have demonstrated recent experience supporting scope and requirement change analysis, including impact assessments and documentation to support project change requests
  • Must have demonstrated recent experience working within Agile, SCRUM, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models, supporting project and product teams
  • Must have strong collaboration skills to support the Project Manager with planning, status, dependency tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Must have demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Must have the ability to prepare concise briefing materials, analysis summaries, and presentations to support decision-making and project governance
  • Must have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams
