ServiceNow Developer Full Time NEW

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Remote

Mandatory requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow implementations
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow modules including, but not limited to, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps
• Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, or supporting AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or similar technologies
• Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development
• Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and AI governance principles

Additional requirements

• Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to building systems and infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects
• Demonstrated experience working with and leading discussions among a broad range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI and automation solutions to improve business processes and service delivery
