Senior Business Analyst Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Hybrid – The resources must be able to attend a Canadian Forces Base to complete the registration of their Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Card.

Mandatory requirements:

• All security requirements as specified in Annex Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL) must be met at the time of Contract Award.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must hold one (1) of the following certifications/designations:
  • Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
  • Certificate in Business Analysis Practice (BCS)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise-level business transformation within the last fifteen (15) years.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years performing business process modelling for end-to-end workflows within the enterprise environments.

For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities:

• Documentation of As-Is processes;
• Documentation of To-Be processes; and
• Identification of activities, decision points, hand-offs, and manual vs. Automated steps.

• The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum experience of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of defining or documenting data and information elements supporting business processes.

For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities:

• Identification of data elements and sources;
• Development of data inventories or data dictionaries; and
• Documentation of data usage, ownership, or relationships.

• The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of identifying and documenting system or process interfaces and integration dependencies.

For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities:

• Identification of interactions between systems, processes, or external partners;
• Documentation of data exchanges or dependencies; and
• Consideration of manual and automated integration points.

• The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years eliciting and documenting business, functional, and/or system requirements.

For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities:

• Elicitation of requirements from stakeholders;
• Documentation of requirements in a structured format; and
• Alignment of requirements to business processes or business needs

• The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the last ten (10) years maintaining traceability between requirements and business artefacts.

For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities:

• Business processes or workflows;
• Business needs or objectives; and
• Data elements or system components
