Programmer / Software developer – Level 3 NEW

We are looking for a Programmer / Software developer – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: Hybrid

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed Senior resource has a minimum of 10 years of experience within the last 15 years, at the time of solicitation closing, performing all of the tasks in a Microsoft (MS) ecosystem.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that each proposed Senior resource holds at least one of the following certifications:
    • PL 400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate
    • PL‑600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that each proposed Senior resource has a minimum of 5 years of experience, in the last 10 years, at the time of solicitation closing, developing 1 in each of the following:
    • Microsoft (MS) Planner functionality using the planner Application Programming Interface (API). to programmatically create, manage, track, or integrate Planner tasks and plans with other business applications and workflows.
    • MS SharePoint using the MS Graph API (i.e. Drive, List, Site)
    • Manage MS Teams using the MS Graph API
    • MS Power Automate Cloud flows using standard MS and custom MS connectors for both of the following purposes:
      1. automation; and
      2. orchestration
    • Integrating with Azure Active Directory (AD) Single sign-On
    • Creating new MS Teams Canvas Power Apps for enterprise business needs and Custom components using the PowerApp Component Framewor
    • Power Business Intelligence (BI) Reports, Dashboards
    • Connecting with existing and new Enterprise/Common Dataverse Data for enterprise business requirements
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that each proposed Senior resource has a minimum of 5 years of experience, in the last 10 years, at the time of solicitation closing, using each of the following to develop 1 in the MS ecosystem
    • Visual Studio Integrated Development Environment with C#, .NET, Python
    • Visual Studio Code with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
