Senior Programmer Analyst Full Time

We are looking for Senior Programmer Analyst  for Communications Security Establishment (CSE) with security clearance of Top Secret – SIGINT.

Job Specifications:

1. must have a University degree at the Bachelor level in Science, Computer Science, Engineering

or Mathematics and/or Community College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology and minimum of 10 years in the last 15 years were fulfilling the role of a programmer analyst;

2. must have minimum of 8 years’ experience* within the last 10 years designing and implementing web applications using the following platforms and frameworks:

• Spring
• Hibernate
• JavaScript
• Angular

3. must have minimum of 10 years’ experience* within the last 12 years in object-oriented software design in an n-tier environment.
4. experience within the last 15 years developing Java applications with the Eclipse IDE or
5. have experience within the last 12 years working hands on to perform unit testing of object-oriented software applications using the following test frameworks:

• JUnit
• Mockito
• PowerMock

6. have experience within the last 12 years using Continuous Integration/Continuous Development and DevOps tools.
7. have experience* within the last 10 years developing object-oriented software applications to support highly available usage (99.99% uptime) and more than 100 concurrent users.
8. have experience within the last 7 years developing front end interfaces with any combination of these modern frameworks:

• Angular
• React
• JS

9. have experience within the last 7 years supporting applications deployed in containers.
