Intermediate Procurement Specialist Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Procurement Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French)
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: The proposed resource will work at the contractor’s own premises to complete the work detailed in this Statement of Work. However planning, meeting, and workshops may be held at locations designated by PWGSC in the National Capital Region Ottawa, Ontario offices.

Mandatory Requirements

– The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Intermediate Procurement Specialist has a minimum of 48 months of experience within the last 60 months supporting a lead Procurement Specialist, Procurement Advisor, Procurement Manager or equivalent title, to plan and execute a competitive procurement process within the Canadian Federal and/ or Provincial Governments, or Government Crown Corporations.

– The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Intermediate Procurement Specialist has experience in providing procurement advice in a supporting role on a variety of procurement models. The Bidder must provide a minimum three (3) complex projects valued at minimum $100 million design- construction value on which the Intermediate Procurement Specialist has acted
in a supporting procurement advisor capacity.

Nice to have requirements

– The Bidder should clearly demonstrate the degree to which the proposed resource has collectively provided procurement advisory services on the projects listed in M2 and aligned with the Tasks and Deliverables as identified in Sections 5 and 6 of the Statement of Work (SoW) document.

– The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Intermediate Procurement Specialist has worked as a member of a team supporting the Senior Procurement Specialist to plan and execute a competitive procurement process within the Canadian Federal and/ or Provincial Governments, or Government Crown Corporations.
