Technology Architect – Level 3 Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Technology Architect – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Top Secret

• Location of Work: On-site, CAF facilities in the National Capital Region.

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of one hundred-twenty (120) months of combined experience performing a minimum of six (6) of the tasks outlined in section 2.1.3 the Statement of Work.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience within the last one hundred-twenty (120) months in implementation, operation and maintenance of mobile network architectures that employed the following technologies:
    • Commercial off the Shelf (COTS)/ Government off the Shelf (GOTS)/ Military off the Shelf (MOTS)/ Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) radios including their integration with maritime, urban and air platforms
    • Private 4G/LTE/5G cellular networks
    • Tactical data links (Link 16, TCDL) Satellite communications (SATCOM) systems
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience within the past one hundred-twenty (120) months in the integration of hardware and software components to provide a C4ISR capability as defined in para 2.1.3 of the SOW.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience within the last one hundred-twenty (120) months in the design, development and implementation of architectures that provided a C4ISR capability as defined in the SOW in section 2.1.3.
  • The bidder must The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed Technology Architect Level 3 has completed a minimum of three (3) projects within the last one hundred-twenty (120) months where they were responsible for the preparation a “Technology Roadmap” in support of C4ISR projects. As a minimum, this must have included:
    • A description of the “as is” and “to be” environments
    • Conceptual and physical architectures
    • The implementation of new or leading edge technologies; and
    • An impact analysis of the changes showing the benefits and associated costs.
