Technology Architect – Cyber Range Platform and Facility Integration – Level 3 Full Time

We are looking for a Technology Architect – Cyber Range Platform and Facility Integration – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Top Secret SIGINT and Nato Secret

• Location of Work: On-site, DND NDHQ Carling 60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience working as a Technology Architect. Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
  • The bidder must have a minimum four (4) years experience designing, specifying, configuring, integrating, and provisioning portable, large-walk-in-multi-room Faraday chambers and of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs / T-SCIFs). This includes experience providing daily support services for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operations and closely work with COMCO on all related changes regarding the SCIF and embedded cyber ranges including a minimum of four (4) Red Distribution System (RDS) cabling projects in a Secret environment and a minimum of four (4) RDS cabling projects in a Top Secret (SCIF) environment  Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
  • The bidder must have a minimum of one (1) year experience installing and configuring Simspace’s Cyber Range on-prem hosted platform. Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
  • The bidder must have a minimum of four (4) years of expertise in multidomain military cybersecurity, including proven ability to conduct vulnerability research through protocol fuzzing, capture/replay attacks, and reverse engineering of Land (CANBUS networks/ECUs), Aircraft (MIL-STD-1553 networks/avionics ECUs), and Naval (ship navigation/embedded systems). Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
  • The bidder must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience configuring, integrating, provisioning Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for the purposes of conducting cyber security evaluations and penetration testing. Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
  • The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite with expertise in securing satellite communication links (uplink/downlink, inter-satellite) and GNSS capabilities. This also includes safeguarding Ground Segment infrastructure and payloads, conducting flight software/hardware vulnerability research, and assessing supply chain security risks critical for space-hardened systems. Demonstrated evidence of experience is required.
