Senior Special Advisor Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Special Advisor for the Department of National Defence with a Security Clearance of reliability status or secret.

The proposed resource must meet the following:

1. The proposed resource must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics [from a recognized Canadian University or an acceptable equivalent from a foreign institution, as determined by Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC)].

   Must include copies to support these credentials.
   

2. The proposed resource must possess a current and valid Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

   Must include copies to support these credentials.

3. The proposed resource must have 2 years of experience within the last 5 years working in the field of data security for Artificial Intelligence projects; this experience should include engineering data security solutions for the Government of Canada.

4. The proposed resource must have published a minimum of 2 peer-reviewed academic publications within the field of Artificial Intelligence and related elements such as Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Deep Learning.

   The necessary documentation to support the bid in meeting this criterion should include references to each paper (authors, title, publication date), as well as the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) numbers.
