Senior Project Manager Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Location of Work: Hybrid – Zibi Ottawa, 125 Zaida Eddy Private, Ottawa, ON K1R 6K8

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses the qualifications specified in the TBIPS (Task-Based Informatics Professional Service Supply Arrangement) by providing a detailed résumé stating the proposed individual’s work experience and other relevant details, which clearly indicate that the individual meets the minimum ten (10) years of related experience as outlined in the TBIPS – Stream 5: Project Management Services – resource category description for a Project Manager – Level 3

Stream 5: Project Management Services – Categorie – TBIPS – Centralized Professional Services ePortal – Professional Services – Buying and Selling – PSPC Services – PSPC

The Bidder MUST include current curriculum vitae (CV) for the Proposed Resource named in their Proposal.

• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the last 15 years, developing and managing Project artefacts and manage all project management processes
• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has 10 years’ experience in the last 15 years as a Project Manager of technology-enabled Projects.
• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience as a Project Manager leading one (1) Large technology-enabled Project in the last 10 years (preceding the issuance date of this RFP) in the public or private sector. Large is defined as a Project or program that must meet the following three (3) characteristics:
  • Has a Project or program duration of over 12 months.
  • Supports an organization of over 200 employees.
  • Impacts business or services with 20+ external Stakeholders.
• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the last 6 years providing Project Management support to clients in each of the following:
  • Leading Projects using an iterative approach;
  • Managing and facilitating frequent product demonstrations with Stakeholders; and
  • Continuously analyzing user feedback and determining appropriate next steps and/or re-prioritization.
• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource holds a valid Project Management certification/designation such as:
  • PMP
  • PRINCE2
  • College or University Degree with a specialization in Project Management.
  • MBA with a specialization in Projet management
