Senior Project Management Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability

• Location of Work: Remote

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a University Degree or College Diploma in a related field (information technology, project management, business analysis, etc.) or equivalent work experience
  • The bidder must have a minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing large projects (more than 40 project resources, over multiple years) in a complex environment
  • The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile / Waterfall) to deliver strategic projects
  • The bidder must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical audiences
  • The bidder must have a strongly demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies
  • The bidder must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives
  • The bidder must demonstrate / recent experience delivering large projects / initiatives in the financial sector (banks, financial institutions, market participants, etc.)
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge / understanding of Central Banks’ business
  • The bidder must have Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications
