Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Specialist – Level 3 Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Specialist – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret and NATO Secret

• Location of Work: On-site, 60 Moodie Drive (Carling Campus), Ottawa

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience, within the past fifteen (15) years, in a similar IT/IT environment implementing and supporting PKI solutions.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of combined experience developing at least three (3) of the following types of System Engineering documentation:
    • System Design Specification;
    • Build / Configuration documents;
    • Concept of Operations (ConOps);
    • System Implementation Plan;
    • Test Plans / Test Reports; and
    • Life Cycles Support Plans.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience, within the past fifteen (15) years, developing and implementing IT security applications and infrastructure in any combination of at least three (3) of the following areas:
    • 509 Certificates;
    • PKI Infrastructure Components;
    • PKI Software and Tools;
    • Identity Management;
    • Security Best Practices and Compliance;
    • Auditing and Reporting; and
    • Disaster Recovery and Continuity.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of four (4) years of experience, within the past ten (10) years, in the planning, implementation, or in-service support of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) or Secure Tailored Solutions (STS).
