We are looking for a Project Manager – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:
- Language: English
- Security Clearance: Secret
- Location of Work: Hybrid, National Capital Region
- Mandatory requirements:
- The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has proven and substantive experience as a Senior Project Manager by providing a summary of three (3) complex* projects where the resource acted in a senior project management capacity from initiation to close-out. For the purpose of this requirement, a complex project is defined as one that includes 3 or more of the following characteristics:
- Formal governance and reporting structures
- Organized communications plan
- Interrelated dependencies with other projects or programs
- A multi-phase timeline (minimum 9 months duration)
- Multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Significant risk and change management components
- Requirement for approvals from Central Authorities (examples: Public Services and Procurement
- Canada, Shared Services Canada, Treasury Board,
- Board of Directors)
- The Bidder must demonstrate that their proposed resource holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has proven and substantive experience as a Senior Project Manager by providing a summary of three (3) complex* projects where the resource acted in a senior project management capacity from initiation to close-out.
