We are looking for a Project Management Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:
Language: English
Security Clearance: Reliability
Location of Work: Hybrid (required 10 days on-site per month at the Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa)
Mandatory requirements:
The bidder must have a university degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business analysis or a related field
The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated technical, hands-on experience in IT team (software development, database administration or infrastructure)
The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience on medium-to-large sized projects
The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall) to deliver strategic projects
The bidder must demonstrate ability to communicate to all levels of an organization using clear and compelling written products and oral presentations/briefings.
The bidder must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives
The bidder must demonstrate experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies
The bidder must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, within a team running multiple parallel initiatives focused on latest technological trends
The bidder must have a Project Management Institute (PMI) – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certifications
The bidder must have a SCRUM Master Certification
