Project Management Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual – English & French
• Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability
• Location of Work: Hybrid – required 3 days on-site per month

• Mandatory requirements:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in computer science, engineering or business administration
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing large projects (more than 40 project resources, over multiple years) in a complex environment
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile / Waterfall) to deliver strategic IT projects
  • Experience with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions
  • Strong demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise documents for senior leadership as well as for a technical audience
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation and problem resolution

• Additional requirements
  • SCRUM Master Certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders
  • French will be considered an asset
