Project Management Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French).
• Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability.
• Location of Work: Hybrid (required 3 days on-site per month at the Head Office in Ottawa).
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a university degree or a college diploma in computer science, engineering or business administration
  • Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing large projects (more than 40 project resources, over multiple years) in a complex environment
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile / Waterfall) to deliver strategic IT projects
  • Must have strong demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives/application solutions
  • Must have demonstrated ability to write clear and concise documents for senior leadership as well as for a technical audience
  • Must have demonstrated experience in facilitation and problem resolution
  • Must have SCRUM Master Certification
  • Must have PMP Certification
  • Must have demonstratable knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes
  • Must have experience with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions
  • Must have demonstrated experience in establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Must be fluent in both English and French language
