Modern Workplace Engineer Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French).
• Security Clearance: NATO – Secret.
• Location of Work: Remote.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have at least 5 years of recent, hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps development, Power Automate workflows, and environment governance.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience with Power BI, including dataset modelling, DAX, gateway configuration, and workspace administration.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture, workloads, and integration with Power BI.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security, compliance centre, and identity & access management (Entra ID).
  • Must have strong analytical skills to assess and improve Modern Workplace processes and workflows;
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Must have an understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to Microsoft 365 services;
  • Must have experience conducting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users;
  • Must have the ability to document processes clearly and provide training on Microsoft 365 Services.
  • Must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
  • Must have attention to detail in managing user accounts, groups, and access controls.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and share knowledge and resources;
  • Must have a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to solve complex issues.
  • Must have strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure;
  • Must have full proficiency in the English language. French language proficiency is of advantage.
