Lead Auditor/Account Manager Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Lead Auditor/Account Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Reliability

• Location of Work: Hybrid, CDIC’s offices in Ottawa, Ontario

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must possess a minimum of eight (8) or more years of internal audit experience, within the past ten (10) years, providing services such as those relevant to CDIC
  • The bidder must possess a relevant university degree(s) from a recognized Canadian University or an acceptable equivalent from a foreign institution (as determined by one of the agencies referred by the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (“CICIC”)
  • The bidder must hold professional designation(s) that are relevant to the services and are in good standing as of the date the resource is proposed to CDIC. At a minimum, these designations must include a CPA and CIA designation
  • The bidder must be independent of CDIC
  • The bidder must be responsible for areas such as:
    • Developing and presenting audit charter documents and liaising with the CRO and CDIC resources during the course of each engagement;
    • Overseeing and ensuring the quality of work completed by each engagement team; and
    • Providing guidance, direction and opinions to the engagement team and CDIC senior management on complex issues.
