Intermediate Operations Support Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for an Intermediate Operations Support Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English.
• Security Clearance: Secret.
• Location of Work: Hybrid at 455 Boulevard de la Carrière, Gatineau, QC or NCR.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have college diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training/ experience.
  • Must have sixty (60) months within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months of demonstrated experience supporting weapon system maintainers in the use of an Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS), where supporting is defined as any Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) function.
  • Must have forty-eight (48) months within the last sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience administrating and coordinating SAP user account requests, using the following applications:
    • SAP Solution Manager
    • SAP Workforce Management
