Intermediate Business Analyst Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Location of Work: On-site at one (1) of the following DND Facilities in the National Capital Region. These locations may include, but are not limited to:
  • National Printing Bureau (NPB) – 45 Boulevard Sacre-Cœur, Gatineau, Québec;
  • The SIL – 1941 Robertson Road, Ottawa, Ontario;
  • Carling Campus – 60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa, Ontario;
  • National Research Council Facility – 1920 Research Private, Ottawa, Ontario;
  • ISTAR Lab – 130 Bentley Avenue, Ottawa Ontario.

Mandatory requirements:

• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a certificate, diploma or degree in one (1) of the following from a recognized* Canadian post-secondary institution, or the equivalent as established by a recognized* Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside of Canada:
  • Business Administration
  • Business Information Systems
  • Business Management
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Information Systems Management
  • Management Information Systems

• The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience within the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months as a Business Analyst on a Major Project responsible for the management and optimization of two (2) of the following:
  • Project processes;
  • Automated and computerized systems;
  • Change Management;
  • Future capacity requirements; and
  • Existing and future human resources.
• The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of twelve (12) months experience in the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months performing planning during various use cases, initiatives, or projects.
• The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of twelve (12) months experience in the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
