Information Technology Security Design Specialist – Level 3 Full Time NEW

We are looking for an Information Technology Security Design Specialist – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret and NATO Secret

• Location of Work: On-site, 60 Moodie Drive (Carling Campus), Ottawa

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the past fifteen (15) years, in a similar IM/IT environment working in the planning and implementation of IT security integration architectures in at least three (3) of the following areas:
    • Security Engineering
    • Identity Credential and Access Management;
    • Network Security Monitoring and Response;
    • Information Exchange Gateways;
    • Network Security and Gateways;
    • Cross Domain Solutions
    • Host Security;
    • Virtualization Security;
    • IT Security Risk Assessment;
    • IT Architecture;
    • Security Information and Event Management.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience developing at least three (3) of the following types of System Engineering documentation:
    • System Design Specifications;
    • Build / Configuration Documents;
    • Concept of Operations (ConOps);
    • System Implementation Plans;
    • Test Plans and Test Reports; and
    • Life Cycles Support Plans.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the past fifteen (15) years, in planning and implementing IT security integration architectures.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of four (4) years of experience, within the past ten (10) years, in the planning, implementation, or in-service support of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) or Secure Tailored Solutions (STS).
