Database Administrator Full Time

We are looking for a Database Administrator for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: Hybrid

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience as a Database Administrator (as a DBA or similar role) with recent demonstrated experience in the following:
    • MS Azure SQL and Azure SQL Managed Instance (MI) database and Oracle Exadata database deployed in Azure cloud environments
    • Oracle 19c and SQL Server 2019 or higher
    • Cloud SQL PaaS Services, specifically Azure
    • Oracle Cloud, specifically Oracle Exadata Database Service
    • PostgreSQL on Azure
    • Oracle Exadata, Data Guard, RAC
    • Database Recovery Manager (RMAN) with backup/restore and point in time recovery.
    • Data Pump tool for database/data migration
    • Concept of Oracle Advanced Security Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
  • The bidder must demonstrate ability to organize effectively
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience with Oracle Autonomous Database
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of Commvault
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of Dynatrace
  • The bidder must have any relevant designations/certifications (OCP, Azure, etc.) including:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
    • Oracle cloud certifications
