Cyber Security Solutions Architect Full Time

We are looking for a Cyber Security Solutions Architect for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: Hybrid, required 4 days on-site per month Head Office in Ottawa

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a university degree or college diploma in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline
  • The bidder must have a minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in the IT field
  • The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions architecture
  • The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working in a cyber assessment program
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience in the development and application of security policies and security technical standards
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience with different architecture and design techniques (e.g., object-oriented, topdown, structured analysis and component-based design) and tools
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience and knowledge securing a Microsoft Azure environment with many AI tools on the landscape such as AI Foundry, Fabric, Github Copilot, Databricks
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of Canadian Financial Market Infrastructures
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of Cyber Security assessment frameworks such as:
    • NIST 800.53
    • ISO 27001 and 27002
  • The bidder must demonstrate ability to work with an enterprise architecture framework and group
  • The bidder must demonstrate knowledge of principles and best practices in software architecture and architectural/design patterns and frameworks
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience and knowledge to recommend threat detection tools to counteract evolving risks in the AI space.
