Business Consulting and Change Manager Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Business Consulting and Change Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French).
• Security Clearance: Reliability.
• Location of Work: Hybrid – Cornwall, Ontario.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must be able to complete required deliverables in English and French, both in writing and orally, with minimal error, and without assistance from Canada.
  • Must have post-secondary education, a degree, or higher qualification, from a recognized Canadian institution or an equivalent qualification from an accredited international institution.
  • Must have Reliability Security Clearance
  • Must have at least five (5) years of combined industry experience in Business Consulting and Change Management acquired within the past eight (8) years.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilitating both large and small groups and in resolving tensions arising from competing demands.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years using a variety of Microsoft 365 applications such as but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Teams, in support of their work.
