Mr. Lemieux excels at overseeing, managing and steering multi-stakeholder projects from conception through to completion, particularly via the Stage-Gate process - not only by ensuring adherence to Benefits, Scope, Schedule and Cost, but also by building value through strategic, success-oriented teamwork. With more than three decades of project leadership, management and executive level experience within government, industry and the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr Lemieux is well versed in the complexities of managing public projects, including the preparation of project management artefacts. He has prepared and delivered governance briefings, including to such entities as Senior Review Boards, Portfolio Management Boards, Cabinet Ministers and elected officials.
