James is a methodical, thorough and seasoned IM/IT professional with 30+ years of successful track record as a Project Executive, Project Manager, Architect and Analyst. He is passionate about IM-IT Technology as a business enabler, recognizes the strategic significance and leverage in aligning project goals and objectives of the organization; and the need to be accountable, complete project to specifications, on-time and within budget. James has a Master degree in Information and Systems Science, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification in Project Management, as well as training and practitioner of PMI PMBOK methodology. He possesses excellent experience in the Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) domain, having taught at the University of Ottawa (Business Administration) and at Algonquin College on Computer Communications, System Analysis & Design.
