Mr. Greg Lavigne has more than 25 years of experience in Program/Project and employee management. He has a solid understanding of cloud priority security controls (ITSG-33), Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) processes, Treasury Board of Canada (TBS), Canadian Security Establishment (CSE), Shared Services Canada (SSC) Digital Policy, and DND/CAF directives and orders (DAOD’s), DND/CAF Strong Secure and Engaged (SSE). He has provided expertise in Project Oversight/Governance, Project reporting to Deputy Minister and CIO Level, Project Team Management, Business Processes Analysis, Proposal Submissions, Financial Forecasting, Contract Reviews, Contact/Data Centre Management, Data Center Migrations, IT Data Networking, Telecommunications and Networks Administration. He has worked for both public and private-sector clients including Department of National Defense, Service Canada, Shared Services Canada, Public Works and Government Services Canada and Rogers Communications on various IM/IT-related projects with diverse stakeholder groups supporting large-scale business-critical technical environments. Mr. Lavigne has used project plans, charts, tables, diagrams and other project management tools to identify and quickly resolve issues, mitigate risks and present status updates to executive senior management as scheduled or requested. Mr. Lavigne has used several methodologies including SAP, Agile, Waterfall, SDLC and full lifecycle COTS to provide quality and timely project deliverables throughout his career. Mr. Lavigne uses continuing education to keep current with emerging technologies throughout his career.
