Programmer/Software Developer – Level 2 NEW

We are looking for a Programmer/Software Developer – Level 2 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual – English + French

• Security Clearance: No security Clearance Required

• Location of Work: Remote

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses a post-secondary education from a recognized educational institution in a discipline relevant to the requirements of this bid solicitation.
  • The bidder must be proficient in English (oral and written). The Bidder must provide a completed and signed Certification of Language confirming that the proposed resource is capable of conducting meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and producing all required deliverables in English without interpretation or translation assistance
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years (60 cumulative months) of professional experience acquired during the ten (10) years immediately preceding the bid closing date performing software development activities.
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years (36 cumulative months) of professional experience acquired during the seven (7) years immediately preceding the bid closing date developing and/or maintaining mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years (24 cumulative months) of professional experience acquired during the seven (7) years immediately preceding the bid closing date integrating, implementing, configuring, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or enhancing software components and services within application environments.
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience performing mobile application release and deployment activities during the five (5) years immediately preceding the bid closing date. The required experience must be demonstrated through a minimum of two (2) mobile application projects, contracts, or employment assignments.
  • The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years (24 cumulative months) of professional experience acquired during the seven (7) years immediately preceding the bid closing date applying secure software development practices, implementing security controls, protecting sensitive information, and/or supporting privacy and security compliance requirements within software application environments. The proposed resource must demonstrate the required experience through a minimum of two (2) projects, contracts, or employment assignments.
  • The bidder demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years (24 cumulative months) of professional experience acquired during the seven (7) years immediately preceding the bid closing date preparing, authoring, maintaining, or updating technical documentation in support of software development, application maintenance, system implementation, system integration, testing, deployment, operational support, or knowledge-transfer activities.
