Business Analyst (Programmatic) – Level 3 Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Programmatic) – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: NATO Secret and Top Secret SIGINT

• Location of Work: On-site at CAF/DND Building within the National Capital Region (NCR)

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must possess one of the following:
    • A degree from a recognized university in electronics, computer or software engineering or a related engineering discipline;
    • A diploma (minimum 2 years) from a recognized college in electronics, computer or software technology or related disciplines such as telecommunications or instrumentation or robotics and automation;
    • Private and/or public sector IM/IT training and a minimum of seven years of IM/IT technology experience; or
    • Experience as a member of CAF/DND or as a consultant supporting CAF Operations (Cryptographic and C4ISR only) having a minimum of eighteen (18) years of professional service and a minimum of four (4) years of recent experience within C4ISR or Cryptographic operations and planning.
  • The bidder must have minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • The bidder must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) as a Business Analyst on a capital project of IT Security, Cyber, COMSEC or Cryptographics.
