Intermediate Help Desk Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for an Intermediate Help Desk Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English.
• Security Clearance: Secret.
• Location of Work: Hybrid at 455 Boulevard de la Carrière, Gatineau, QC or NCR.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have college diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training/ experience.
  • Must have sixty (60) months within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months in reporting and monitoring incidents within IT applications and supporting improvements to related business processes.
  • Must have a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience in the last sixty (60) months with the following specialty applications:
    • SAP Solution Manager
    • SAP Plant Maintenance
