Senior Business Analyst Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret

• Location of Work: Hybrid (required 4 days on-site per month)

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must have a University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
  • The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience in managing multimedia backend systems
  • The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience working in a multimedia infrastructure
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience supporting production readiness, go-live planning, and operational transition activities for technology solutions
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience supporting testing cycles, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience in developing user guides, process documentation and knowledge transfer materials
  • The bidder must demonstrate experience with meeting room technology
  • The bidder must have strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders
  • The bidder must have a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder, including business, QA, technical teams, and operational support groups
