Senior Change Management Consultant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual (English & French).
• Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability.
• Location of Work: On-site at NDHQ (Carling Campus).
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have an active Enhanced Reliability or higher level of Security clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant within the last fifteen (15) years.
  • Must have experience leading change management for a minimum of one (1) enterprise-level digital transformation initiative within the last five (5) years.
  • Must have demonstrate experience integrating change management activities within a large-scale project or program environment, working in close collaboration with a Project Management Office (PMO), project managers, or equivalent delivery teams within the last ten (10) years.
  • Must have demonstrate experience working with an agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environment for at least one complex initiative within the last eight (8) years.
  • Must have experience designing and developing learning, or capability-building activities, to support organizational change within the last five (5) years.
  • Must have a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation.
