Senior Learning Designer Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior Learning Designer for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Location of Work: Onsite – at the DND facility in the NCR

Mandatory requirements:

• The proposed resource must have:
  • as a minimum, earned a graduate degree from a recognized Canadian university* and a specialization in one (1) of the following fields:
    • education
    • adult learning
    • distance learning
    • eLearning
  • acquired at least sixty (60) months experience in course design as of the closing date and time of the resulting request for proposal
  • if eLearning is part of the requirement, at least twenty-four (24) months experience in designing eLearning products as of the closing date and time of the resulting request for proposal
• The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed at least three (3) learning needs analyses within the past sixty (60) months.
• The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed at least three (3) learning strategy plans within the past sixty (60) months.
• The bidder should clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has obtained any one (1) of the following degrees from a Canadian university*:
  • Master of Science in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation;
  • Master of Science in Educational Technology.
• The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last one hundred and twenty months (120) months, the resource has experience working in training needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of adult learning programs.
• The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months, the resource has experience working in training simulations, learning technologies, or learning management systems/training management systems.
• The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last sixty (60) months, the resource has experience working in or with the CAF on capital equipment acquisition projects related to training, modeling, and simulation.
