Project Manager – level 3 Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Project Manager – level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Top Secret

• Location of Work: On-site, CAF facilities in the National Capital Region.

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a Project Management Certification* and a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience managing a minimum five (5) of the following project activities:
    • scope
    • time
    • cost
    • quality
    • risk
    • staff resources, and/or
    • procurement
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience in the last one hundred-twenty (120) months performing project management support services that include a minimum of three (3) of the following:
    • hardware integration,
    • software integration,
    • software development or
    • system engineering
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience in the last one hundred-twenty (120) months performing all of the following:
    • requirements documentation,
    • performing options and identifications analysis on the options,
    • risk management and performance management services (scope, cost and scheduling)
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience in the last one hundred-twenty (120) months providing project management support of integrated special operations.
