Intermediate Computer Application Support Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Computer Application Support for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: DOS-Reliability

• Location of Work: On-site, Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate a minimum of 1 year experience within the past 5 years working with the Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate a minimum of 1 year experience within the past 5 years designing, configuring, and customizing SharePoint Online sites, including site architecture, navigation, and permissions management. clearly demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years implementing or deploying bilingual (English/French) navigation and content structures in SharePoint Online. Experience must include:
    • Designing or configuring separate English and French content areas within a SharePoint Online site; and
    • Implementing a language toggle, navigation mechanism, or equivalent solution that allows users to easily access content in either official language.
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate a minimum of 1 year experience within the last 5 years of content migration and governance, including restructuring sites, moving pages or news posts, and applying permission models
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate a minimum of 1 year within the last 5 years of experience with user experience (UX) improvements, including page design, web parts configuration, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
