Intermediate Subject Matter Expert Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Subject Matter Expert for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English.
• Security Clearance: Reliability.
• Location of Work: Hybrid – Primarily remote and at Kingston, ON.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have attained a post-secondary degree from a Canadian university; or a diploma from a Canadian college; or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada.
  • Must have a minimum of 48 months of experience, within the last 120 months, working on a project, supervising a project or advising a military commander in relation to at least one of the following:
    • CAF Operational Functions
      • Experience working on the development of one or more of the Canadian Armed Forces operational functions within fighting power: Command, Sense, Act, Shield, Sustain.
    • Advisory or Support Functions

Providing advice or support in the management or development of one or more of the following areas:

• C2 or C4ISR Systems
• Communication and Information Systems (CIS)
• Military doctrine or policy
• Concept and Design processes
• Military intelligence
• Logistic
• Targeting
• Or other military specialty specified in a task authorization request.

• Military Operations and Leadership Functions

Advising, supporting, or executing military functions related to:

• Operations
• Planning
• Institutional leadership.
