Junior Needs Analysis and Research Consultant Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Needs Analysis and Research Consultant for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English.
• Security Clearance: Reliability.
• Location of Work: Hybrid – Primarily remote and at Kingston, ON.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have attained a post-secondary degree from a Canadian university; or a diploma from a Canadian college; or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada.
  • Must have 24 months of experience, within the last 60 months, conducting research or providing written analysis assessments that contributed to the evaluation, understanding or enhancement of military activities.
  • Must have 24 months of experience, within the last 60 months, creating and maintaining data collection plans.
