SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS;
1. The resource must provide a minimum of three (3) project summaries describing in detail their experience. These projects must have been completed within the last ten (10) years.
2. The resource must include a detailed curriculum vitae (CV).
Education;
Senior Resources must possess, at a minimum, a Master’s of Arts in Social Sciences or Economics and/or a Master’s in Business Administration.
3. Experience:
Senior Resource has specific experience having conducted national transportation policy research (which includes a marine
component), including in the fields of economics, data and
analysis, labour, industry trends and developments, logistics
and/or supply chain management, public policy, or transportation
policy and/or international business. This experience must amount to a minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years.
4. The Senior Resource must possess strong project management skills demonstrated through providing examples of experience in managing complex projects. Must also have experience in leading or playing a significant role in conducting consultations with experts in the marine industry.
JUNIOR AND INTERMEDIATE BUSINESS ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS;
1. Education:
Must possess academic qualifications appropriate to their role on the team (e.g., a university degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, or Commerce and/or a College or CEGEP Diploma/Certificate).
2. Experience:
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the past ten (10) years, having undertaken transportation research and policy consulting services and project management. Factors to be put in evidence and that will be considered include methodology, framework used, quality control performed, timeframe, scope of project,
complexity, value-added, and relevance to marine transportation.
