Technical Writer – Level 2 Full Time

We are looking for a Technical Writer – Level 2 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English.
• Security Clearance: Reliability.
• Location of Work: CSE premises.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a university degree at the bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Mathematics; and have a minimum of 60 months experience performing the role of a Technical Writer within the last 120 months. Or must have a Community College Diploma in Technical Communication and 1 or any combination of the following technical disciplines: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Mathematics; and have a minimum of 60 months experience performing a role of Technical Writer within the last 120 months.
  • Must have a minimum of 60 months experience writing technical documentation for multiple applications within the last 120 months.
  • Must have a minimum of 60 months experience collaborating with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the last 120 months. The following technical fields are considered: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology and Mathematics.
  • Must have a minimum of 24 months writing documentation to improve RAG System or AI- powered virtual assistants experience within the last 60 months.
