Special Advisor – Level 2 Full Time

We are looking for a Special Advisor – Level 2 for the Department of National Defence with a Security Clearance level of Reliability.

The proposed resource must meet the following:

1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing IM professional services, specifically in the areas of analysis, design, and implementation of cloud-based solutions, specifically SharePoint Online.

2. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with Microsoft (MS) 365 or equivalent cloud-based solutions, including SharePoint Online.

3. Must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering similar IM professional services for government or public sector clients.

4. Must demonstrate experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and security teams, and providing guidance and support throughout the implementation of an IM solution.

5. Must have experience in developing detailed IM requirement documents, including functional specifications, user stories, and business rules, and delivering them on time and within budget.

6. Must have experience in participating in the testing and validation of an IM solution to ensure that it meets the documented requirements.

7. Must provide evidence of past experience and qualifications in IM and MS 365 implementation as part of their proposal, including examples of similar projects delivered on time and within budget.
