Senior Strategist Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Strategist for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: Bilingual -French + English.

• Security Clearance: Reliability.

• Location of Work: Remote.

• Mandatory requirements:
  1. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the past fifteen (15) years from the RFP issuance date, performing the role of a Senior Strategist leading *large-scale transformation projects for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  2. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years of the RFP developing strategies for implementation of *large-scale digital platform modernization initiatives for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  3. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) projects in the development and implementation of department/agency-wide generative artificial intelligence strategies within the last five (5) years for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  4. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the past fifteen (15) years from the RFP issuance date conducting governance reviews and restructuring for the implementation of **emerging technologies for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.

• Nice to have requirements:
  1. The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) project within the last ten (10) years of the RFP issuance date in developing, delivering and implementing a departmental data and analytics program, including roadmap development, technology deployment, user centric engagement & service delivery model for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  2. The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has at least one (1) project experience within the last ten (10) years of the RFP issuance date leading the development of technical debt reduction strategy and implementation through leveraging **emerging technologies for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  3. The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years of the RFP issuance date engaging Stakeholders from multiple federal Government departments or agencies to secure buy-in for organizational and process change in support of digital transformation for Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  4. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has acted in a lead role in securing at least $500M in funding for at least two (2) separate *large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives within the last five (5) years, for a Canadian Federal Government department or agency, or provincial government, or private sector company with at least 5,000 employees.
  5. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource holds a Master level degree in business, information technology or information management from a recognized university by the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (https://www.cicic.ca).
  6. The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has professional training certification in digital transformation from a recognized institution.
