Senior SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Senior SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Functional Analyst for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

Job Specification:

1. The bidder MUST propose one (1) Business Analyst, level 3 resource and must demonstrate using DETAILED project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as defined in the TBIPS SA for the resource Enterprise Resource Planning Functional Analyst – Level 3

The Bidder must submit the proposed resource’s résumé.

2. The proposed resource MUST hold a valid Government of Canada (SECRET) or higher security clearance at the date of RFP bid closing. Bidders must provide the resource’s full legal name, date of birth and security file number.
3. The bidder MUST demonstrate that the proposed resource is a certified SAP FI & CO consultant.

A copy of the certification must be provided within the contents of the submission.

Bidders who do not submit certification by RFP BID CLOSING, will be found non-compliant.

4. The bidder MUST demonstrate using DETAILED project descriptions that the proposed resource has ten (10) years of experience, as of bid closing, working in an SAP environment as an SAP FI/CO functional analyst within the Federal Government of Canada context during the last 15 years.
5. The bidder MUST demonstrate, using DETAILED project descriptions, that the proposed ERP Functional specialist has a minimum of three (3) years experience in the configuration, development and support of international banking in an SAP environment.
6. The bidder MUST demonstrate, using DETAILED project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst in the role of Business Transformation Architect conducting a minimum of 5 out of 6 tasks listed below:
   • Analysis and development of business success “Critical success factors”.
   • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training.
   • Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and process in support of transformation and change management activities.
   • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.
   • Participate in organizational realignment (organizational restructuring).

Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussion.

7. The bidder MUST demonstrate, using DETAILED project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance using S/4 Hana Activate Methodology, and/or Solution Manager 7.2 focused build or focused run.
