Senior Information Management Architect Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Information Management Architect for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Onsite – National Capital Region at NDHQ Carling

Mandatory requirements:

• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have led the completion of at least three (3) projects involving the review, harmonization, and update of information classifications, file plans, or taxonomies for large organizations (public sector or equivalent with 1,000 employees or more). Each projects must have had a minimum duration of six (6) months.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have led stakeholder engagement or consultation processes for at least two (2) projects involving information architecture or classification development, including the preparation of briefing materials and documentation.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with Federal Government (GC): All departments, agencies, and Crown corporations under the Government of Canada. Provincial Governments include ministries, agencies, and Crown corporations at the provincial/territorial level, and Municipal Governments include cities, towns, regional municipalities, and their agencies or corporations. “Equivalent” refers to any public-sector organization with comparable mandate, scope, and governance as the above (e.g., international governments, defense/public administration bodies) information management standards, including compliance with disposition authorizations, information architecture frameworks, or records management policies.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience preparing and delivering comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, process documentation, functional specifications, implementation plans, user guides, and training materials for a large-scale organizations (public sector or equivalent with 1,000 employees or more).
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have completed projects, with a minimum duration of three (3) months, in which they harmonized and updated information classifications or file plans for organizations with more than 1,000 employees.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have experience facilitating time-boxed or agile stakeholder engagement sessions (e.g., workshops, interviews) for information architecture or classification projects, with a minimum duration of three (3) months.
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have the following current and valid certifications:
  • Certified Information Professional (CIP)
  • Information Governance Professional (IGP)
• The Bidder’s proposed resource must have completed projects, with a minimum duration of three (3) months, preparing and delivering decision and rationale logs for classification or information architecture projects.
