Senior Communication Consultant – Bilingual Full Time

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Communication Consultant for Natural Resources Canada with a Security Level of Reliability  

1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience as an organizational development consultant advising on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity accessibility (IDEAA) strategy and implementation in federal organizations in the last ten (10) years.
2. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have five (5) cumulative years of experience as a                Communications Consultant within the last ten (10) years.
3. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have three (3) cumulative years of experience in the natural resources sector such as forestry within the last five (5) years.
4. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have three (3) cumulative years of experience in the natural resources sector such as forestry within the last five (5) years.
5. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have two (2) cumulative years of work experience in public relations.
6. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have one (1) cumulative year of working with and managing federal, provincial, and territorial relations.
