Senior Application/Software Architect Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Application/Software Architect for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) with Security clearance of secret.

1. The proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an Application Software Architect Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432.

2. The proposed resource has experience developing strategies and implementation roadmaps for three (3) complex IM/IT transformational projects implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and/or Power Platform solutions.

3. The proposed resource has experience designing architectures for a minimum of two (2) complex IM/IT transformational projects implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and/or Power Platform solutions.

4. The proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years’ experience designing architectures to migrate MS Dynamics On Premise legacy solutions to MS Dynamics 365 Online including the data migration.

5. The proposed resource has experience designing one (1) complex architecture integrating at least three (3) or more of the following Microsoft Power Platform components:

a. Power Apps – Canvas Apps
b. Power Apps – Model Driven Apps
c. Power Virtual Agents
d. Power BI
e. AI Builder/ Artificial Intelligence (Including Power AI)
f. Power Automate
g. Power Page (including Power Portals)
h. Power Platfrom Connectors
i. Dataverse

6. The proposed resource has experience architecting one (1) Cloud Platform, compliant with the Protected B / Medium Integrity and Medium availability rating as per ITSG-33 standard.
